24 hours till I compete…..I feel very relaxed and ready….
Safe in Korea!!!
Plane flights went great and I had a safe touchdown in Korea last night….I just finished training for the day and I feel great and ready…..I will compete in about 48 hours and I am ready to execute the way coach Hatch has trained me to do!!!!!
Leaving in 9 hours……
I leave tomorrow morning at 7:30…..I had my last day of training at the United States Sports Training Academy and it felt great…..Thanks to Doc. Joe LaCaze for meeting me at the gym today and for all the work he continues to do to help me on my journey and my training……I am calm and rested and ready for the long travel…..Thanks to all my family and especially my dad for all the love and support throughout all the years……I will write again once I get to Korea…..
Resting and relaxing……….
Had a great last day at work and I really appreciate all the love and support I have from the people I work with at Central School District especially those at Bellingrath and Tanglewood…..I will keep all of you in my thoughts as I travel and am excited and ready to go to Korea and take care of business….I came home from my day at work and rested and trying to adjust to the time change I will experience in Korea….Unfortunately they are 15 hours ahead of our time and it will be a tough adjustment and therefore I am preparing early….Tomorrow is my last day of training at the United States Sports Training Academy and I would also like to thank all the support I am receiving from my family there including Duke, Randy, Derek, Stacy, Tressy, and of course all the kids….You are all on my mind as I travel……Love y’all and God Bless
