Short Bio
Donald Alexander is certified through ISSA and holds a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in coaching. . While living in Tucson, AZ in 2007 he worked with the Tucson Baseball Academy as the Strength and Conditioning coach for kids ages 5 to 18. Donald also worked for Bally Total Fitness as a personal trainer and AZ Speed and Strength as a speed coach. In Arizona he learned to design workouts that focus on the goal and ability of the individual. Alexander Pro Fitness, LLC focuses on Training the Body and Mind. Our aim is empower you to not only be a client, but a student and teacher of Health and Physical Exercise.

FIT Boot Camp is an 8 week program twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each session will start at 5:30 pm and last approximately 1hr 15min to 1hr 30min.

Boot Camp Format
*We will start with a dynamic flex warm up to stimulate blood flow.
*Next some type of calisthenics or plyometrics working on balance and flexibility.
*On to core strength to strengthen your abs, back and pelvis.
*Finishing up with conditioning which will consist of sprints and drills to increase strength and stamina.
Key Components:
Throughout this program your body will be challenge in various ways. Routines will continue to change to give your body muscle confusion for its maximum results. You have to put your body through something its not normally used to going through in order to get better. AND YOU WILL GET THAT AT FIT BOOT CAMP!!
